dancerjodiGary Numan totally rawked the haus (hee hee)! Seriously, I don't think I've ever seen a performer that enthusiastic or a Boston crowd that into the show.
B and I went with Traci, it was nice to hang out with her since we haven't in such a long time! I talked with her a bit about her bellydancing teacher; I think I'll take the plunge and move on to lessons with this woman at B.U. (though I'm a bit intimidated - she's got SO much experience).
It was nice to see people out that we knew: Feline and Tziz, Laurie and Phillip, Lena, Corey and Jeremy and others. An amusing sight was the gaggle of goths that spilled into the nearby McDonald's after the show to fuel up after all of that dancing.
Today should be a nice day; B and I are going to try and clean up the back yard and perhaps stop at Home Depot to get some grass seeds and plants (mmmmm, Home Depot :) ). Does anyone know what to do with a broken 30 Foot ladder (I'm guessing that it can't just be thrown out front with the trash). I cannot wait until the nicer weather gets here when I can spend more time outside (its just too stuffy in here for my tastes).
An aside, I got on the Other Music mailing list and was listening to samples of new releases . . . has anyone heard of the "Clicks + Cuts 2" compliation from Mille Plateaux in Germany? The small realplayer sample sounds neat but since its a 2 CD set I'm wary of spending the $ and not knowing much about the album.
