I did 30 min. of cardio on the treadmill yesterday (God, am I out of shape!) so that's day one of four.

I did a bit of the 10 minute stretching routine afterwords while making dinner (day one of two). I'm probably just going to do it each day after getting back from my cardio workouts at the gym - its really important to stretch out after to avoid cramping or overly sore muscles the next day.

We had a nice healthy, home-made dinner. I met my nutrition goals for the day (need to do this 5 or 6 days this week, can't remember which) and I drank a LOT of water!

Tonight I'll do another cardio routine (perhaps on the Elliptical Machine), do my strength/weight workout at home and more stretching.

And I need to pick up some salad stuff and some little cans of V8, I never eat enough veggies.

How are YOU all doing?

I'm just swell.

I need to start working out again though. Not since a few weeks before xmas have I done much other then martial arts. Maybe this afternoon I will start again.

Martial arts *is* working out though - how often during the week do you do it?

That's so weird, you don't look like you weigh 143 (you aren't that much taller than me so I figured I weighed a lot more than you . . . I actually weigh a teeny bit less)!

Martial arts is working out, but its not as intense of a work out as I'd like it to be. I go 2-3 times a week depending on my mood.

Are you calling me fat?

v8 low sodium is nummy.
i spice it up with a little worcestershire.
which has lots of sodium, but probably not as much as regular v8. ;)

I did try the V8 low sodium and I gagged - it tasted a lot like metal to me, for some reason.

I'm really torn. For a while I was drinking 1 small can of regular V8 a day (but stopped due to the sodium). I wonder if its really *that* bad - probably :)
