Yup, its Monday

dancerjodiThe tile in our kitchen at work was pretty crappy and there were promises that it would be replaced at some point. Rather than paying someone a teeny bit more money to do it at night or on the weekend when we weren't here they decided to do it today - which means no access to the sink, no access to the cabinets and nowhere to plug in the fridge and water cooler. I really didn't enjoy the lukewarm herbal tea sans sugar this morning (and I'm really hoping my lunch bag is insulated enough to take care of the dinner I have in there for later).
I paid bills and after sending Nstar a buttload of money and writing out a check for the next 4 bellydance classes I'm left with around $30 until payday. I mean its great that I can afford these classes, and I still have $ for gas for the rest of the week. I'll need however to see if B can give me $4 for parking at school since I only have $1 in my wallet. I guess all I can say about finances this weekend is "hooray for credit cards" - there is no way I'd be able to get that work done on my car otherwise. Damn, I really want to try and pay those things down, but whenever I make some progress something like this happens.
I'm having a bit of a grumpy day for no major reason, just small annoyances. Here's hoping that dancing tonight will make it go away :/
