Next, the official letter from the company:
To All Employees:
In light of the terrorist attacks this morning in New York City and Washington, DC, the *Company* Management Team has been in contact with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Emergency Management Center in Framingham. With this notice all *Company* offices will close effective immediately.
Operations queues have been closed. Company phones will remain operational so employees can make and receive calls. We encourage employees to use their best judgment. Employees can remain at their offices to be with their colleagues or may go home. Mental health professionals will be available in the Watertown cafeteria and the Waltham Multi-purpose Rooms to talk with employees about these events.
Watertown employees will be asked to leave the building in a staggered time frame:
· Floors 1 and 2 should leave between 11:30 and 11:50
· Floors 3 should leave between 11:50 and 12:10
· Floors 4 through 7 should leave at 12:10
At this time we anticipate we will be open for business as usual tomorrow morning. If you have any questions regarding the status of business tomorrow, please call the hotline at *phone number*.
