The craft room is done save for crown molding (which will be done with the crown molding in all other rooms on "molding day" with my Dad's assistance) and I need to use goof-off to pick up some spilled paint. And then, a rug :)
The den has been primed and had 1 coat of paint (walls and ceiling). The ceiling is done; the walls and the radiators will get painted tonight and tomorrow we'll put in baseboards, curtain rods and curtains and hook up all of the stereo equipment. And Saturday (yes, Saturday) we can have people over and sit in there and watch DVDs (mmmmmmm).
There will only be some more finishing touches left like putting some different tile over the "platform" section that's in the corner of the room (don't like that 70's linoleum, nope nope nope) and building "Chez Rabbit Part II" up there. I can't wait to let those little guys out to run around free and check out their new pad! It will be way neater than Chez Rabbit Part I :)
Next steps include:
Sanding the walls in the dining room and then priming and painting the walls and ceiling (damn, got to order that wallpaper border soon).
Putting one more coat of paint on the living room ceiling, priming the old radiator pipes in the corner of the room, painting the outside brick of the fireplace, staining the mantle, painting the walls (2 coats - the primer has already been done) and then re-attaching the mantle.
The computer room, hallways and bathrooms will be pretty much what is left since our kitchen won't be remodeled until later *sniffsniff*.
****
My craft room is REALLY bright green - it makes me happy. Once some things are unpacked I'll post some pix here (it would look better once the crown molding is up but I think it may be a while until that happens).

We also finally tried the recommended pizza place in Framingham Center (NYC Pizza Company). I wouldn't call it NY style (not that I know what that really is anyway, but it didn't seem to be a different style), but I thought it was very yummy.
Ramble, ramble . . .
