Doh

I just realized that the weekend that B and I are going to VT to help out our friends at the http://www.griffingrove.com/home.htm is Easter weekend. When I'm supposed to be hosting a breakfast or something for the fam at our house.

So I think we'll be driving back from VT early on Sunday and hosting an Easter dinner instead. How I'll pull that off, I just don't know. Has anyone done that Honeybaked Ham thing before (and do you think it would be OK for the thing to sit in my fridge from Thursday to Sunday)?

Eek! I'm glad we took the 21st off too (Patriot's Day). If anyone wants to come watch the Boston Marathon from our house feel free to come by on Sunday night for a sleep-over :)

It looks like things in diabolis-land are going badly, and that I may not have access to e-mail for 5-7 days. I guess when it rains it does pour (hey, at least its not snowing at the moment ;) ).
