That was one fucking amazing show. Kiss, wow! Aerosmith, double-wow! That's all my sleep deprived, sore throated self can say right now. I don't think I want to drive for a month. As Gene Simmons said (yesterday was his birthday, too . . . they brought a booby cake on stage for him) the AeroForce and the Kiss Army were in full glory!

Yes, it was awesome. I'm bummed Dad missed it, but I had fun with Ms. Tink and Ms. Tember and got Dad a t-shirt in stead. Pyro, fire-breathing, fake blood, flashing lights, dancing crazy singers, blues and lots of neon just can't get old.

At the suggestion of a co-worker (one of our directors) I'm seriously considering asking my boss if I can just have tomorrow off too. I could go back to bed after giving Max his insulin, sleep late, and do some DragonCon stuff (allowing me to get to bed early tonight).

I'm also kind of hoping that when I go in there she'll just send me home today. I feel (and presumably look) like shit. Damned cold.

Here's hoping, though its doubtful. I have the vacation time, I don't think there's a crucial reason for me to be there . . . I just have a hard time taking time off of work. It makes me feel guilty for some reason.
