I was excited it was Friday, excited that I splurged on a dress I really wanted from Victoria's Secret (figured, could wear it to upcoming weddings and my 10th High School reunion). I paid bills, read the paper, and finished a really intense chapter in the Charles De Lint book I'm almost done with. Once I get through this one (Moonheart) and the one that follows it I need to start on "Return of the King" so that I can read it before seeing the movie (never did make it past "The Hobbit" and had to work on The Lord of the Rings trilogy before the movies came out).

And then I found out that Johnny Cash and John Ritter died. This makes me really sad. May they both rest in peace. I wish there was a way I could see old Three's Company Episodes, I wonder if they are on DVD or anything . . .

Ah well, what can I do? I'm going to try and be motivated to get stuff done this afternoon (despite the fact that I just want to be at home with my kitty and hubby in bed). I'm really looking forward to seeing Dionysia and Dionysios tonight though, and checking out their new swanky pad.

And I think I need a manicure and a pedicure, but life could be much worse.

Oh my God!

1. Is the name you have now the same name that's on your birth certificate? If not, what's changed?

Last name changed after marriage which was actually a complete accident. I thought it was the SS office that legally changed your name. Nope, its the marriage license. I still hadn't figured out what I wanted to do about a last name (since I really loved my maiden name and didn't want a generic common last name . . . but hyphenating the two would be silly due to the length) so when we went for license I said "oh I'll just put down Anderson for now". Thus, Jodi Anderson was born :)

2. If you could change your name (first, middle and/or last), what would it be?

Haven't really thought of it

3. Why were you named what you were?

Mom liked the first name. Middle name was after my Great Grandmother on Mom's side and St. Francis of Assisi.

4. Are there any names you really hate or love? What are they and why?

I really like Italian women's names, and Celtic men's names - can't say why beyond "because I do" :)

5. Is the analysis of your name at kabalarians.com accurate? How or how isn't it?

shit yeah, its pretty darned accurate (including the supposed health issues - I have circulation problems in my legs, hence why you won't see me bare-legged that often . . . ugly, ugly)
