Accomplishments
Apr. 21st, 2004 02:11 pmI called the vet to order more insulin for Max (he's running low). I'll pick it and the needles up after work tomorrow (and drop the $100+ bucks needed for them).
I called my OB/GYN to set up the annual appointment. I've actually seen a NP the last few times and I love her, she rocks! My prescription is going to run out so I needed to set the appointment to get the refill. Our co-pays went up to $20 (though, our premium didn't increase) so this should be the first time paying that amount.
I finally went to the website for these ladies http://www.pawsawhileforpets.com/index.htm . There was an article in the Metrowest news last week about them, and I wanted to get in touch with them about rates and such, and see if they'd be a petsitting option for us. We have 2 friends that have done it in the past, and 2 that offered but it is a crappy ass job (being at our house at 6:30 am daily to feed the cat, give him an insulin shot, and feed the bunnies). It would be nice to have other options (I'm going to e-mail them). And now, you see why we never go anywhere :)
