The short update
May. 31st, 2004 07:19 pmbecause I don't feel like spending much more time at the computer :)
Camping was fun but COLD. We came home an hour early (for reference, on Sunday morning it was around 44 degrees inland. We were on the water, and it was colder than that the night before. Despite having a blanket, sleeping bag and a warm hubby I was convulsing with shivers all night. I've done a lot of camping in my life, and I think this was the first time that I got up at 6:00 AM to sleep an hour in my car because it was warmer. Hence, we came back a day early.
That's OK - there is plenty of packing to do here :) We're also trying to plan where furniture will go in the new house. I'm loving the fact that movers will be doing all of the work.
The cold weather is trying to cause colds in the hubby and I - September's cold tea is going to be a godsend again.
I missed the 100 Metal Moments on VH1 today - I hope they repeat them :)
