They are coming over (finally) tomorrow to start the job, so we should have a new leak-proof roof by the end of the week. I'm not sure how they'll negotiate the ice and snow around the house, but that's what we're paying them to figure out and all.

Once this is out of the way we can have the plumber out to price out our bathroom remodel. And once we get our federal tax refund, we can start buying supplies. :)
