Hats

These women were in Keene over the weekend selling some really amazing hats that they made: http://fretab.com/ . Their website seems like a work in progress, because all that's up there now are the traditional red hat club variety. I tried on a gorgeous black velvet 20's style, and was drooling over a brown felt one, all hand made.

NMBC 3-D

We caught Nightmare Before Christmas 3D last night. Wow! Its not Halloween season until we've seen it and the last time I saw it in a theater was when it opened. It was a very fun night and the company was great.

The movie was early enough that we had time to get the front door done when we gone home (doorbell in, new curtain rods, new wreath). It looks awesome! No more annoying bright blue door! Pics to share when I upload them later. I have a ton of things I need to photograph and upload that I'll get to at some point later this week.

I spent some time sitting and reading yesterday for the first time in a while (I'm not counting the local paper here). Brian's read through the Dresden Files books and I'm more than halfway through the first one. I'm bummed the show doesn't seem to have been renewed.

What the hell is wrong with people?
