I slept on my neck the wrong way on Thursday night and couldn't turn my head around without pain and difficulty. It's still the same today, so I'll be watching ballet class. Dammit!
Gorgeous today, in the 60s! We're seeing Suicidal Tendancies at The Palladium tonight. Wustah baby! Do you know of any good places for dinner around there?
I cannot believe that it is mid November already! I made my Thanksgiving list today of what I want to cook, and I'll dig out the recipes next week. Thanksgiving makes me think of dinners at that old long table in Nana and Grampy's living room (the one that folded up into the cabinet), before it moved into the dining room proper. And the Rockettes.
My allergies have been driving me nuts lately but the neti is helping a great deal. I resisted trying it for so long but it's now my new religion or something.
I bought Brian one of those old popcorn plastic turkey decorations from the 70s and he's hanging in our dining room. Then I found some Xmas ones (a set with Rudolph, 2 santas, a tiny wreath and a huge candleholder). Yay for retro housewares on Etsy.
I heart Etsy! I found a great costume there. I just haven't been in a sewing mood so much and the price was fair given the craftsmanship and quality of the fabrics. I know I'll get back into it again - I'm just trying to go with the flow and focus on the things that are in the forefront of my mind nowadays.
Have a great weekend, peeps!
