dancerjodiFirst off, I ordered our Aerosmith/Kiss tickets. ROCK! The monday show is on my dad's birthday, he's turning 50, and I thought he'd love to see the show. So B and I will be attending the concert (lawn seats) with Mom and Dad. I'm so excited, I loved the Kiss concert that I attended but I was cheated - it was the 'we're not wearing makeup now' tour.
Dad e-mailed me to thank me and my bro for the tix and noted that he was off to "go rock'n roll on a bathroom in Bishop Forest" (he's a contractor) and signed the message "Dad Funkinweanerlifeinthefastlane".

I'm a cheezball, but I want to go to another Waltham show. There is one in May in Worcester, hmm . . .

I'm going to have a busy summer of sewing (in addition to helping with the kitchen remodel - we got the word from Dad that he's planning on starting in 3 weeks). We've figured out (we think) what costumes we'll be bringing to DragonCon and picked up the patterns for them. I'll start working on those AFTER I finish that blue dress I've been working on for 2 years, though.

I'm sunburned again from yesterday's Ren Faire trip to Hammond Castle. I think my house should look like that place, yep!
