That reminds me of when I first found out what Labyrinth was. I had a pen-pal that was the daughter of a couple that my parents met on their honeymoon in Bermuda. They had kept in touch with this couple (they lived in Warwick RI) for a long time, and Sherry and I used to write back and forth and mail each other books that we were reading at the time. She had the best canopy bed in the world, I was so jealous about it.
Anyway, on one trip she asked me if I was "into Labyrinth" and when I told her I had no clue what it was she proceeded to tell me about the whole movie, in excruciating detail. It wasn't till years later that I actually was able to see it and I could see why she was so obsessed :)
We went to visit last when I was either late in Junior High or Early in High School and things had just gotten weird. They didn't let us sleep in the house (we stayed in a camper that was parked in the driveway) and they didn't want to be social with my parents - the wife just wanted to watch the Home Shopping Club on TV. By that point Sherry and I were doing our own stuff that didn't overlap, and stuff was just strange. I don't think my parents have talked to them since then.

I want to have a fantasy-movie day, where I sit in my PJs with friends and watch some of the old classics. Would anyone be game? It would need to be an afternoon thing, since doing it at night just doesn't allow the time to do it.
