When we first moved to our house my cousin told me that we lived close to "the wallaby house". This past weekend we figured out from Amavia that they are actually http://www.sweetmeadowfarm.com/index.asp , the place that we've bought hay from via pet stores for years. Freaky!

Amavia came by last night to take pictures of the bunny-kids and Mister Cat (check out her site at http://www.rubicat.com/ ), and afterwords we headed over to the farm to meet the wonderful family that runs it and all of their animals. Wow! Wallaby's are so cute and this one was super friendly up close. They also have two of the most massive bunnies I've ever seen.

Its cool meeting the people that actually grow, pack and distribute the hay we've been buying for years. From now on we'll be driving around the corner to buy direct from them. Whee!
