I just did one of those famous Dancer things, I jerked in just the wrong way to make my shoulders and upper back have a huge spasm.

I can't wait till school is over and I can get back to weight training in the gym, damned lack of upper body strength and screwed up right shoulder *kicks rock*

I'm just hoping that by moving it around gently (I have a huge pain tolerance for some reason) and by taking walks around the office a few times today it won't get all stiff and feel worse.

I want a jacuzzi. I know at this point it would only hurt it by causing swelling, but DAMN would it feel good :)

Those instant heat pads for the shoulder might help. They have them at CVS and Walgreens. Feel better!

Thanks :) I may see if I can grab one from the hospital across the street a little later. Its still sore but I've been able to work out the kinks from gentle stretching.

I guess its not too bad, it *has* been a while since I've done this :/
