Do any of my friends at MIT want to put in my brother's resume for a job (or, do you know anything about the job linked below)? He's applying for it and I know a bunch of you work there :)

i'm not sure what you mean by "put in his resume" for the job; he can do it himself via the web form. unfortunately i also don't know anybody in that department to whom i could put in a good word for him.

but, with dept's laying off 20-30 percent (MIT I/S included) any depts that have open positions will likely have to hire from internal candidates unless they have a REALLY good reason for going outside....

Although it never hurts to apply...
