dancerjodiThe person that came to look at our house yesterday at 5:00 (when James, Brian and I headed to the 99 for food and to clear out of the house for the showing) really liked it. They said it was very well maintained inside and out (versus average, or poor) and they said that they are considering making an offer, and aren't considering making offers on any other houses. Here's hoping! They also noted that they thought the house was reasonably priced at market value.
It sure is getting busier now that the good weather is here.
And it figures, Brian and I both stayed away from the house until 6:00 with today's second showing was to be done - only they showed up an hour late (6:30) when we were in the kitchen having just started dinner. The front porch is turning into the place we sit when brokers show up either really early or really late :)
I'm procrastinating on my EMR paper by the way. But if I devote tonight to it I could get the thing mostly out of the way, yipee!
