Its 3 days after the 2 year anniversary! Our broker thought it wouldn't be an issue anyway, since we're selling and buying a house that costs more (?).
"Wheeeee! *big hugs* Didn't I tell you the right house would come along and it would work out? that house is FABOO! and perfect. I LOVE the porch, I've always wanted a porch, for a swing, or for neat lawn furniture to sit and relax on warm nights."
The front porch is pretty small. The sunroom will be a sitting room (and where the bunnies would live). The yard is decent and pretty private too (and there's a paved/patio area in the back that would be perfect for a jacuzzi).
I'm trying to not get too excited until things work out like the inspections, and the P&S.
