Its very neat - not too big, not too small. We're giving up some size (its got the same # of rooms but they are a teeny bit smaller) for a WAY better location. Also, we won't have to do anything to the place.
So like, we'll be neighbors sort of :) We'll be in another part of Waltham but not too far away. I'd love to give you guys a tour of the city at some point if you're interested (followed by ice cream from Lizzy's, who are awesome). Also, my parents (who live 6 blocks from this Victorian) have a swimming pool . . . not a bad thing with the summer on its way :)
Now I just need to get the rest of my friends to move to Waltham ;)
