P&S Update

dancerjodiReally, I'm not this lame. This house buying and selling thing is just kind of going to consume my life while we're actively working on it. After the P&S' are signed we can relax a bit.
The P&S for the house we're buying in Waltham is ready to sign. Our lawyer STILL hasn't heard anything from the people that are buying our house. The good thing is, he told the seller's lawyer that we were hoping to sign both P&S' today, but that it may take "another couple of days" and they seemed cool with that.
He's getting the Waltham P&S to Ken so it will be handy for us to sign once we get the other one. I hope Ken can put on his shark suit again and get them to look at the damned thing - we've sent 2 drafts over already, and they haven't done anything with them. Our lawyer called and faxed them a few times yesterday and asked their broker to call back ASAP. No word! Geez, don't you think the broker would want to move this all along so they were closer to getting their commission?

On a non-house related note, Brian and I are having a date night tonight. With the house mess, his work being nuts, me being in finals time and us being away from each other 2 weekends in a row I'm starting to forget what he looks like. :)
