Future Rewards

I always get pretty gross and sweaty when I mow the lawn. If the bag is on the mower it takes me almost 2 hours to mow, since the bag fills quickly, and its pretty heavy, so I have a difficult time taking the thing off to dump cuttings in the compost pile. Without the bag, it still takes about an hour for me to mow the whole thing.

When we move the lawn will be much smaller (and, level too).

AND, if I feel gross and sweaty like I do now I can walk down to my parent's house and jump in the pool. I'll have to remember to mow in my bathing suit (or rather, put it on under shorts and a shirt).

Off to drink a lot of water! Yay for the last mowing of the lawn in Framingham! :)

And it was HOT today! Bad day for outdoor exercise, at least compared to the lovely cool weather we've been having.
(Yes, I LIKE sixty-degree days in June. As long as they're sunny.)

What was nice, was getting my body moving again. Its been too long. Also, despite being warm it wasn't too muggy and there was a nice breeze from time to time (I'd stop mowing and stand there looking up at the sky under a tree and smiling). Last night was SO nice out . . . I wish we didn't have so much to do because it would have been good just to sit on the porch.

I think the thing I like best about summer are the nights - comfy temp, no sun to burn you :)

Just also remember to have your husband set up a web cam for the rest of us to watch that.... ;-)

Hee hee :) See, that's why I then added this comment:

We do have a fence and all around the yard, but its not *that* private. Its times like that I think the privacy of a place like Griffin Grove is really needed :)
