Today will be a long, wet day

I have an appointment for a dental cleaning at 12:15 in Waltham (which means I'm taking a l o n g lunch today). From work I go to UMB and have class from 7:30 till around 9:30. Home at around 10. This will be all in the rain (good thing I brought my leather today).

I left my CDs in the car, dammit!

Its chilly and dark in the office today as a result of all of this rain so I'll be digging the "old lady sweater" out of my drawer. Its one my mom made that's the color of a manilla folder, has large gold buttons with anchors on them, and could fit, me and all my coworkers at the same time I think. Still, its a good thing to keep for days when our heat isn't working here.

Our "woodstove" is in Chemlmsford MA, so it should arrive tomorrow. If UPS doesn't leave it on the porch we'll need to treck out to the Watertown office for it (here's hoping for time to make pie and chill in front of the "woodstove" over homework tomorrow with the hubby).

I'm looking forward to some fun fabulosity this week and weekend with the Waltham show Thursday (rawk chicks rule!) and Rocky Horror on Saturday night. Whoot! You should go!

Hee hee! I have an old lady sweater at my desk, too! But mine is black and with a zipper. Still, it's way big and it fits over my other big sweaters that I wear in the winter. :)
