dancerjodiI just got an e-mail from the American Cancer Society - Boston beat NYC in fundraising and participation in its walk!:
"Also, I wanted to let you know that Making Strides of Boston is once again tops in the country! Our 30,000 walkers helped raise $3 million! Making Strides of Central Park, first in online giving, was second overall, raising $2.1 million with 22,000 participants".
Thank you so much to all those that sponsored me! Next year I'm hoping to get a group of 501st people together to walk in costume (the shorter walk is only 3 miles, if we can do it at a Halloween Parade we can do it at a Charity Walk).
