A year ago today

Brian and I sold our house in tha' hood in Framingham and bought our house near Moody in Waltham. Its something I thought we may never do, and almost gave up permanently on many times due to short supply, high demand, and growing real estate prices so close to Boston. I had given up once before (hence, buying house #1 in Framingham in the first place):

I'm glad that all of the pieces fell into place and that we were stubborn enough to keep trying. It was quite the stressful process selling and buying at the same time, but we did it. Our house has definitely got some issues with smaller rooms than the last one and some weird setups, but I wouldn't trade it for the world. I'd say its one of our largest accomplishments thus far together, and I'm really proud of us and still beaming about it all :)

Wow, a year already? It doesn't seem that long ago to me. Time really flies.
