One thing done

I finally bought our plane tix for Dragoncon. It seems that AirTran is much cheaper than Delta (even if you figure in the Dragoncon Discount with them). All said and done with fees and taxes, the tickets came to $227 per person round trip. That's around what we've paid over the last 2 years.

Now I just have to get costuming! :)

Heh. I still need to do all of the above. Now that I have my paycheck, I can finally get my D*C ticket. The rest of the paycheck (along with probably my next three or four paychecks... ouch) is going toward D*C stuff...costumes, plane tickets, my hotel room... x_x This better be worth it.

John and I have decided to forego any C4's that might come up and any other conventions as CIII was a disappointement. But we have decided as well to save up and hopefully make it to dragoncon within the next couple years. Sounds like that's really the one to go to.

We skipped C3 because we wanted to do DragonCon. I like how the programming is pretty varied; there is always something to do :)
