An interesting article on training your spouse (thanks R!):

I have to wrap up some things at work today before I'm gone for the next week. After work I'm meeting up with a HS friend, and I'll need to finish packing and drop off the key for the petsitter tonight. We have to be at Logan tomorrow at 4:00 AM for a 6:00 AM flight. I'M SICK AND TIRED OF THESE MOTHERFUCKIN' STORMTROOPERS ON THE MOTHERFUCKIN' PLANE! There will be around 15 or so members of our costuming groups on the same flight, all of them bringing their helmets on carry-on, so the security check should be interesting.
We're checking out the new aquarium tomorrow http://www.georgiaaquarium.org/ and the convention starts on Friday. I'm packing light this year (1 suitcase, 1 carry-on) and I'm kind of excited by that. I'll have my female tusken, my sith cheerleader, my plaid skirt/kilted trooper shirt, a bellydance outfit for the drum circles/dance classes, a gothy/club outfit for shows, and some casual stuff. Geek on! http://www.dragoncon.org/
We fly into Boston on Monday night at around 7:00 PM and we took Tuesday off so that we'd have time to do laundry and get acclimated to the real world before heading back to work. If I have the funds I'm going to get some new clothes for work that day too, because I look like a clown with the way things are falling off of me. The 2 lbs I gained after bypassing my goal? Despite having what I thought was a bad food week I lost it, so I'm back at 131.5. I never thought I'd be this low, but it works for me. I wasn't even this thin in high school (though, I ate a lot of crap in high school too). I guess you never realize how much fat you pack on around the middle and in places that aren't so measurable in terms of clothing size. I was always told that 'I carried it well', and people were always surprised by what the #s on the scale read. After 3 post goal weigh-ins, I'm 1/2 way to being able to ask WW for a lifetime membership, whoot!
