dancerjodiWe came, we saw, we signed a lot, we closed. We now have a fixed 30 year mortgage at a lower rate. Whoot. The bank even gave us a flashlight!
We won't have a mortgage payment until 11/1 so that's nice. Next we call the roofer to let them know we can't do it till the spring, and call a plumber to get our yearly maintenance check and look at 2 problem areas: clogged 2nd floor sink and lound clanging den radiator.
