Leia ANH, version 3

I'm hoping that once our den situation is finished I can start working on my Leia dress (maybe after Arisia?). There were a few inaccuracies with the ones I've had, and I'd like this one to be as perfect as it can be. I've been spending time reading boards and printing things out, bookmarking sites, etc.

I guess I feel better knowing that most people have issues with the hairdo like I do. I also don't feel bad about my frustration with a lack of good ready to wear boots. Man, I wish I knew what those things were that she wore!

Post Leia, I want to start working on some kind of an Edwardian or Victorian outfit because my closet is lacking one. It will match the fabulous hat I have. Maybe it will be Mary Poppins esque (hence, the Edwardian thing). And I will use my dress form for it. Baby steps and all, but I'm excited about it.

Just an aside, and one thing that makes me smile today: Sam is now saying "Pin-sess Ee-la!" We think he might have a bit of an infatuation growing ;)
