Friday I'm in Love

dancerjodiThe wake and funeral went well. Melissa's Dad was sick for quite a while, and though he was hospitalized due to a fall, upon investigation it turned out his lungs were really struggling (he had Emphesema for 9 years) and his body just gave out. He went the best way that he could have, so everyone was glad for that. It was definitely odd hanging out with close high school friends at the home you were last in during high school. There was a good vibe though, and everyone was kind of acting like 'I love you, man' drunk, despite the fact that none of us were drinking.
Its the weekend! If we feel like it Brian and I may be at ExMortis. I want to go out, but there's nowhere particular I want to go - what a quandry! We have parties and gardening and Mother's Day festivities over the rest of the weekend.
