I had heard about it (oddly, on the Howie Carr show, it was the only reason I kept listening to him for more than 5 seconds). Talked about it. It's a huge step in the right direction.

personally how those laws got made in the first place boggles me. they were written by a bunch of men. youd think theyd *want* oral sex. and its sad to think that out 'forefathers' were sitting around thinking of what sexual acts they should outlaw, when im sure they had more important tasks at hand.

I wish I could understand why we they are repealing the law on anal sex butt[1] not the one regarding oral sex.

I'm surprised they haven't established 'no-blow zones' in DC so they can arrest Presidents in the future.

Course, W. wouldn't sign a 'no blow zone' bill since he might confuse it with his snortable pleasures.
