I know its not that cold outside (only in the 50s), so the heat isn't churning in here. Still, the SECOND FLOOR ISN'T A SAUNA! Its the same temp as the first floor! I'm in shock. The true test of this insulation will be when it gets cooler and we have a couple of months of gas bills to compare. Already though, I'm impressed.

Its my last vacation day, and at some point the lovely Rosana and her swarm of cleaning ladies will converge on the house and I'll have to get out of their way, so I have a list of things to do whenever that time comes.

We're going to see "My Name is Bruce" tonight at The Kendall.

Ballet and a wedding tomorrow, Mom's birthday breakfast and picking up milk on Sunday. Somewhere in there I'll get some more sewing in, because there is only 2 weeks till Megafest.

We are thinking og getting some insulation installed in our house; could you point me toward the info on the rebates you were talking about?

Our gas company is National Grid, and they are providing rebates for customers that are doing various energy upgrades. You can check with your own gas and/or electric providers out there, and see if they have a program. :)
