I'm trying to find a place that does custom memo book sleeves. Like, you know that sleeve that your checkbook/register goes into? I'm looking for something like that which would work with a standard sized memo pad, that could have a custom design printed on it or embossed on it. Any ideas?

The only resource I have is www.pens.com for National Pen Company. The problem is that they deal in bulk orders, no one-offs.

Your best bet might be to contact some embroidery shops and see if they can embroider on vinyl or thin leather. Does NEG have any resources for patch embroidery?

Hmmm don't mean to throw Brian under the bus but He does do some pretty fine leather work...Couldn't a piece of leather be cut out about the size of your requirements go from there?? Not sure if that is what your looking for..:)
