Fire, Fire!

dancerjodiSo our broker talked with the listing broker - she was aware of the fire damage in the house and actually sold it to the current owners 10 years ago when it already had had that damage. She doesn't have the papers but claims they are filed at city hall . . . which should mean there are no structural issues due to the fire damage (*crosses fingers*)
Unfortunately Ken (the broker) is STILL having issues getting us in to see the other Framingham house (its more $ but larger, more rooms, more updated - but seems to have less character from outside and has less of a private yard). Since we really like this one we may just make an offer tomorrow . . . many things to think about!
