Get rid of your old tech

A coworker of mine volunteers at http://www.wmcc.us/ in Medford. They are having a day (2/21) to bring in the electronics that you'd normally have to pay your city to take away. There's a discounted price for drop-off to them on this day and will be other things going on (bake sale, activities). In addition they are taking for (no fee):
cell phones
ink jet and laser printer cartridges
laptops/notebook computers
ipods
digital cameras (photo and video)

Having thus far failed to revive the old Diabolis server, I will consign him to this fate.

Hmmm - that gives me a drop deadline to build a media computer center, and maybe give kisses to my old computer and get rid of him. And my old Vaio too, although that one I could sent off to Sony.

Might also save me from getting that big recycling box, I'm hoping to get the small one for DVDs/CDs/video & Audio tape recycling.
