pumbing museum... what will they think of next?

we do have the dumbells, bar, etc... so there is stuff. and body weight resistance is good when you aren't overly strong.

i haven't been doing much... only about 15 minutes in the morning (then my walk), but it's better than not doing anything at all.

and any time i go in that room i either do some curls, pull ups, bag punches, something... even just one set of 12 reps or something. just to say that i did it.
