Bizarrely, I scored a 77, or Very Walkable, for 90 Beaver Street. I don't agree - crossing the railroad tracks is extremely dangerous, as is crossing either Waverly Oaks or Beaver Street! It's much further to walk to get to some place for food than it seems like it should be, too.

Well, you are in walking distance of "stuff" (shops, public transportation, parks) which I think is what they based this on. Crossing your street and going up Waverly Oaks to Waverly Square, there's a whole bunch of things there. :)
