Santa hat for a rubber chicken

My sister had managed to lose the santa hat that belonged to the Marmonti Christmas rubber chicken. The travesty!
I told her I'd make a new one. Here's a picture with my thumb to scale (keep in mind, my hands are quite small). I didn't have any tiny pom poms, so it has a bell on the top. It's red velveteen (in the dining room lighting it looks kind of orange here).
If only we still had that video. I thought it lived on Bratling's site for a bit, but that was so long ago. I found some photos and put them up here http://www.flickr.com/photos/dancerjodi/sets/72157614514913994/ . So long ago!
