Can anybody suggest a good online meeting service (free would be nice, for a small fee would be OK) to allow web-meeting and a call-in option for folks that don't have internet connectivity?

I know skype is thrown around all the time, but I'm not sure the have phone capability (and I don't know about their connection speeds, I've heard some complaints here and there).

Thanks in advance!

Most of the ones I have looked at charge, especially when you get into using audio/phone bridges.

Skype does have phone capabilities (but costs to have a phone bridge, I don't know what the the cost is, but I know Nyla uses it for her work. Skype to skype is free, and conf is free up to 10 simultaneous)

We use WebEx at work, I have no idea what the cost is since they got us a deal... http://www.webex.com/

DimDim is pretty good and it has an opensource model that I was able to download and run myself (without phone bridge), but they also have that via their hosted service which isn't bad for cost. http://www.dimdim.com/

This last one I haven't tried yet, but they say is free up to 20 attendee's https://www.yugma.com/
