Mina is going through this now http://www.babysleepsite.com/how-we-sleep/4-month-old-sleep-regression/ . Fun?
I just ordered the Baby Whisperer book from Amazon with some free points. It's helped a bunch of friends, so we shall see!
She's 4 months old now, I can't believe it! Getting some shots at the Pedi on Monday which will do wonders for her sleeping. :/
My dance recitals (2) are this weekend. It will be hard to be away from my girl for so long on the weekend.

Date: 2012-05-18 01:32 pm (UTC)It all makes sense. She's at 4 months old (the link I posted), is getting over a cold. Maybe a growth spurt (she's developing like crazy over the last week - lots of new milestones). We think she's at the start of teething (drooly and hand always in her mouth). There's comforting/easy routes to just get her and us some sleep, but I don't want to set up bad habits that we'll regret later.
Everyone told me that you figure something out and then it changes. We just got her sleeping very well at night and her naps during the day were improving. Now she has a bunch of small naps (only on good, hour+ one, and then a few small 20-40 minute ones) during the day, and this new night pattern I mentioned.
Basically, all things that seem "normal", albeit a pain in the butt. :)
