I started using http://www.sparkpeople.com again (last time in there was 2009).  Oh boy! Pad Thai leftovers and Brian's work holiday dinner (tonight) don't make for a healthy eating day.  I didn't plan well and don't have things to go to the gym during my lunch hour.

I did go to dance class last night, and have class again tomorrow.  Tomorrow is another day. :)

I am not using it currently, but I was fairly fond of Spark People. It has a decent calculation of your nutrients from food and if you are hitting the RDAs for your age/gender/etc.

I didn't know it did that (or at least, it used to not do that) - thanks for the tip! Also, their smart phone app is much nicer now!

I may have set up the nutritional goals based on RDA values (I first used it in 2006 or 2007? so I don't remember). And the food that was put in the system by sparkpeople's database often has nutritional info (those submitted by individuals often does not)
