Back on track
Jan. 13th, 2003 07:36 amB and I talked last night before going to bed about getting our fitness routines back. We've done it before and can do it again.
We're going to be using the http://www.self.com/challenge/ as a guide. I did this last year with some others (we even had a LJ community for it, http://www.livejournal.com/userinfo.bml?user=self_challenge) and made a lot of progress until the early part of month 2, when a lot of stuff happened in my life and B and I started shopping around for a house.
So we're starting today. I may need to stop at the supermarket to pick up more veggie stuff for a balanced diet and all, but I think its totally do-able. I'll need to also visit my friend the http://www.foodcount.com/Index.cfm?Method=Diet .
