Someone came into our office yesterday, went into our admin's desk, took out her license, some credit cards and her BJ's card (but not her cash, weird) and left without catching the attention of anyone buried in their cubes.
It looks like I should be locking my desk again. Stuff got stolen at my old job all the time it seemed, here it seemed much more secure though.

I can't believe its Thursday, I guess having 2 days off in the early week will do that to you.
I'm so excited about school this semester, and sewing, and dancing, and fall. I think sometimes I'll explode from the giddyness.

On Saturday (during the day, hopefully starting early) we'll have the adventure of pulling out the crappy bushes in the front of our house. My landscaper cousin suggested attaching a chain to Brian's truck and the bushes and pulling those suckers out - this should be fun! We'll be renting a chipper shredder from Home Depot so that we can make stuff small enough to put in yard waste bags (Fricken Framingham won't take any yard waste that has sticks in it, figures).
I'll also be cutting the grass, and doing some weed wacking. Our yard is most likely the ugliest on the street, methinks. I guess its to be expected, seeing how our butts had been chained to fixing up the *inside* of the house for the last year :) Next spring we'll plant things on purpose outside and try to kill off our grubs, beetles and weeds.
So, want to come get dirty and medieval on our shrubbery with us? We'll make a nice dinner afterwards and after cleanup find something fun to do (Fieryredhead may be in town, perhaps a RHPS trip is in order?). I'm hoping to start early, whenever B and I drag ourselves out of bed on Saturday morning.
Mmmm, power tools :)
