It was so warm in our den yesterday that I took the blankets down that were clipped behind our curtains for extra insulation. I can't wait until its open window time in there again, because with the new sectional couch lounging in there with the breeze is going to be heavenly. Tiki Tiki!
I'm going to a http://www.liasophia.com/index.html party at a co-worker's house tonight. Its a nice group and its rare that I hang out with a group of ladies, so I'm excited about it. I'm sticking around the area after work with my book before heading over there, though I'm not sure how peaceful reading in the Square One Mall Food Court will be (she lives fairly close to the mall). Alternately I could find dinner elsewhere and plant myself inside of the Starbucks in Melrose Center or something, but it would just be easier to change into my jeans, head over to the mall and eat and read in one place. Maybe they've redone some of it like it seems most malls around here are doing and they'll be some comfy couch somewhere? Brian will be hanging out with TheCarlos, doing manly things I'm sure.
There's going to be a Waltham cookbook released: http://www.dailynewstribune.com/homepage/x1008136123
Who is going to Sin on Saturday? We are definitely, definitely going. What to wear?!
Quote of the day:
"To me, a winner is someone who recognizes their god-given talents, works his tail off to develop them into skills, and uses those skills to accomplish his goals. Even when I lost, I learned what my weaknesses were and I went out the next day to turn those weaknesses into strengths." - Larry Bird
