The new Saturn

I need to pick up some goodies for it (steering wheel cover for those hot days, car mats to protect the floor and keep it nice and an air freshener). I was so shocked, I didn't think that I was going to get it last night (just thought I was going to drop off the trade-in and fill out paperwork). Wow!

I have one week to get it under its own registration/insurance (right now its still under the Contours) and to get an inspection. So I went in on Tuesday night, and had it on Wednesday night. Wow!

Daytime running lights are weird :)

And I keep thinking of the commercial "hey, so how'd you trick out the door man" - heh!

Rain yes, LOTS of it. It was a bit scary driving a new car (with a bigger blind spot than I'm used to) in a huge thunderstorm. But the lightening was so pretty :)

And we should go cruisin' and pick up chicks, um I mean guys, um - nevermind . . . the next time B and I are in RI if you both feel like going somewhere (waterfires?) I'll drive :)

Um... if this car is a chick magnet I am going to have to look into it. Woot!

And yes, waterfire etc. You two are good organizers- Waterfire.org is the schedule if you want to pick a time that's good for you and invite folks :D
