dancerjodiAs it turns out, there are so many students in the bellydance show that they will not be selling many tix at the door (and won't be selling them through PayPal on the website, despite what the website says).
Each student gets 3 tix to sell to someone. I know B will get one of mine. I'm going to talk to the Tiggerette and see if she wants one (but I know she's moving that day, so not sure how that will work out) and that leaves me one more. I need to figure out what I'm going to do with it. I know my Mom pondered going, but I don't know if it will freak her out to a: see me bellydance or b: be out "late" in the "city" on a Saturday night. Was anyone else completely crazy and dying to see this? I know Nepenthe01 and Synesthia will also have 3 tix of their own to part with too but I can't speak for what they are going to do with them.
So if you want to go and try your luck, show up the night of the show and see if you can buy one of the few leftover tickets. They mentioned also having lots of standing room, so if people want to pay 1/2 admission and stand during the show that will most likely be an option.
This sucks, I was so excited about performing and now lots of people that wanted to go won't be able to go. Its really weird that the last few shows I've been in were all sellouts (this show, Dance Theater at Waltham High School (the alum dance) and the Reagle Player's Xmas Shows (all 10 shows sold out, meaning I danced for 30,000 people or something like that) ). This is a far cry from those old dance studio recitals!

I don't know how the neighbors would like drumming. But it sounds really nice (espescially around our outdoor fireplace thing).
