I never had the pleasure of meeting her, but it sounds like she was an amazing woman and brought such joy to people around her. It was so weird being at the Sterling Faire last summer the weekend after she passed - it was amazing to see how the rennie community could come together to support one of their own.

I think I'll dig out that Sterling Songs CD tonight . . .

she was awesome. i didn't get to meet her personally, but i did see her at the Sterling faire. and i have many friends who were devastated when she lost her battle with cancer.

we were at Sterling last weekend. there's still an empty spot in a lot of hearts, but as they always say... the show must go on.

it's just so weird that she died within a year of MDRF's King Henry VIII, Bill Huttel.

they were both so vibrant and such wonderful people.

She was an amazing woman, and I still consider myself extremely blessed to have worked with her and known her, if for but a short time. I can't believe it's been a year, I think I'll have to dig out my old songs from KRF. :/
