Brian joked about how he'd tell the officer "yeah, the head is over *there* and the rest of it is over *there*". Their reply would be "um sir, what happened here". Brian's reply: "But officer, it was self defense".
I think the Ax or flail would serve to do more damage than those swords. Although, I did also just get him a nice and pointy dagger, too.
(no more crossbow, it broke and wasn't legal in MA anyway) :)
