dancerjodiOur broker pulled the info on that house, and suggested that he'd tear it down and use the land before selling it to someone.
Interestingly, looking up sales of houses on that street in Boston.com revealed that the house was purchased in September of last year for $126k. They are asking $275k for it less than 6 months later. Fishy.
I'm not that desperate to get into Waltham :)
